COVID-19
We are taking the following actions to keep you and your family safe:
- Your appointment will be rescheduled if you or a family member are sick, including symptoms of cough or fever.
- We ask that no one besides patients come back to the treatment area during appointments.
- When possible, please have only appointed patients go into the office.
- We will have limited face-to-face contact between our clinical team.
- Please do not bring children without appointments into the office.
We appreciate your understanding of the changes and will adjust our protocol as the Florida Department of Health and CDC updates and recommendations are announced.

Hope Counseling Services has been Helping the North West Florida Communities as well as out of the area and out of state clients since 2002. Our staff collectively has over 70 years of combined experience in the field of Social work and Counseling and Psychology. From Substance Abuse to Re-adjustment difficulties, to relationship enhancement, the Counselors at Hope Counseling Services, will help you improve the Quality of your Life through problem solving, to overcome challenges you are facing and reach the outcomes you are seeking.
Mental Stress comes in lots of forms. Social Stressors include relationship problems, pressure from work, any major change in your life, loss of a loved one and many more reasons. We are here to help guide you through these problems.
We provide services for Dept of Corrections, Escambia County Probation, Santa Rosa County Probation, Dept of Children and Families, Family Law, DUI Lakeview, Families First Network, Family Law, and have referrals from Local Attorneys and more.

Raul Garcia, LMHC

Raul Garcia, LMHC is the Executive Director at Hope Counseling Services since 2007. He received his Bachelors of Science from Regents College in New York and His Masters in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University . Mr Garcia served in the United States Navy for 21 years where his counseling experience as a Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator began. He was also a (SAVI) Sexually Assualted Victims Intervention Specialist in helping victims of sexual assault to prevent revictimization and a Batterers Intervention Program Accessor and Facilatater in the State of Florida.

Important! You will need a credit card in order to make a payment. If the name of the client is different from the card information, please fill the client's first name and last name into the shipping information area on the form. Online payment is not currently available for evaluations and certain individual services. Some types of services require payment be made by phone or in office.
